Having a throwback mood today. Feel that summer is over, mornings are quite dark when I wake up, days are getting shorter and having that autumn feeling. Not really ready to switch my summer wardrobe to coats and sweaters yet. So feeling quite blue today. But my birthday is coming up in a few days. Hopfully sun will come out so I can celebrate it with a ray of sunshine. But time goes by really fast. Already turning 29 and this will be my last year enjoying my twenties. So having a lot of mixed emotions. Don’t really feel that old yet also 🙂
Some summerish snaps, to get my mood better:
Cheers to a lazy sunday! Wish weekends were longer. Time goes by really fast and two days are never enuough to get some sleep, rest and do something awesome, like a fieldtrip or a small getaway. And this rainy windy weather is making me lazy….Who’s with me?
Also already thinking about my vacation destination next summer. We have been thinking about Malta. Has anyone been there? It seems beautiful and a really cute small island for a week getaway. Tips and advice are appreciated 🙂
Decided to have a small getaway this weekend, since the weather predictions were quite positive. Headed out to the seaside, Võsu to be exact. It was warm, et got even warmer day by day. But since estonian summer has been rather cold, the sea was way too cold for me to get in ☺️
Also visited lake Äntu, which has the clearest water in Estonia. It would have been awesome to stand up paddle board on the lake to have the best view.
Have a great week everyone!
We had another pop up cafe event in our little town Elva, which is becoming really popular year after year and had really awesome time throwing it again. Had time to only take few snaps of it, cause there was a lot of people visiting us and no time to even photograph our food and venue at all, but here is a little glimpse what style our cafe was:
Our menu included pancake cakes, quiches with salads and other french style cuisines.
Next year probably not gonna take part of the pop up cafes and plan to be a customer instead and visit other awesome cafe’s, enjoy the buzz and good food!
To be honest, this time I was more up for sweets than pastas and risottos. Had a gelato or two every day. Also frozen yoghurt was very good. Regretting that I didn’t have the time to taste all the flavors 🙂
Made it here safely, flight was a bit delayed but no worries. The only downside is the weather, it has been raining a lot, so we are a bit stressed about that. But hopefully, like the weather predictions promise, It will get warmer and sunnier. Few snaps from today:
Tomorrow is the day! Finally. We are flying to Italy to have our little vacation. Already making plans where to go and what place to visit. Ofcourse Bellagio is on our list again, but also thought about visiting some other lake, like lake Garda, town Varenna, maybe even Venice. Also can’t wait to eat gelato, have a good cappuccino and this enjoy the beautiful mountains with amazing italian people!
Gorgeous and romantic Bellagio
Last year ’16 in Bellagio
Desenzano del garda
Maybe someone has some good tips where to go and most important: Where to eat?
